Due to some miscommunication, some students were not aware. Therefore, students will have an option of completing the evaluation Oct. 17th OR Oct. 18th.

Our weekly spelling dictation will be on Friday, September 29th Thanksgiving Food Drive The Kingdom Club is doing a Thanksgiving food drive to support the Kanata Food Cupboard! Please make your donations starting on Monday, September the 25th to October the 5th. If each student brings in 2 cans each we will have an estimated 1400 cans so please bring in any boxes, cans, and toiletries because that would be well appreciated! IF their good copy is not completed by Friday, they will be allowed to take it home to finish for Monday (Friday would the last opportunity to work on this paragraph in class). Students need to bring in a silent reading book for Language.
Secret Santa Reminder: Secret Santa starts today!
Participants are asked to write a hint everyday about their identity. The hint can be written on a small piece of paper, and given to the teacher at the beginning of the day (the teacher will hand them out). Students will guess their Secret Santa and give their gift on Friday during our Class Christmas Gathering. Important: Students are not to guess who their Secret Santa is before Friday. As well, do not tell others who they have. Wear Christmas colours for the Christmas concert (unless you were given different instructions from the teacher). *Christmas concert is: December 23rd How much does the gift need to be? $5-10 |
